1. Agreement to terms

By booking or receiving treatment from Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal at 34 Cheshire Street, London, E2 6EH, United Kingdom, you agree to these terms. Please read them before your first session. If anything is unclear, ask us at your consultation.

2. Services

Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal provides laser tattoo and pigment removal services, including:

  • Complete laser tattoo removal on fixed-price packages
  • Tattoo fading for cover-ups, sold as 3- or 6-session bundles
  • Eyebrow and cosmetic tattoo removal, including microblading, powder brows, permanent eyeliner and lip blush
  • Free consultations and safety patch tests

3. Consultation and patch test

All treatment is preceded by a free consultation and a safety patch test. The patch test must be given time to settle before a full session takes place, so treatment does not begin on the day of your consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where the patch test result, your skin condition, your medical history or any medication you are taking makes treatment unsuitable.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are specific to your tattoo. Your price is confirmed at consultation and does not change afterwards for the package agreed.

  • Complete removal packages cover unlimited sessions until all removable ink is cleared, at the price agreed
  • Fading is sold as a defined bundle of sessions; further sessions beyond the bundle are quoted separately
  • An 11-month 0% APR payment plan is available, subject to status and approval by our finance provider
  • Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking

5. What "unlimited sessions" means

A complete removal package covers as many sessions as are needed to clear all removable ink from the specific tattoo quoted, at the agreed price. It does not cover additional tattoos, areas outside the quoted piece, or new work added after the quote. "Removable" reflects the reality that a small number of pigments, particularly white and some light cosmetic inks, may not clear fully. We assess this at consultation and tell you before you commit.

6. Appointments and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged or may count as a used session on bundle packages. Sessions are normally spaced six to eight weeks apart; we may decline to treat early where the skin has not fully recovered.

7. Aftercare and your responsibilities

Results depend significantly on aftercare. You agree to follow the written aftercare instructions given to you, including not picking blisters or scabs, keeping the area protected from sun exposure, and telling us about any change in your medication, health or skin condition before each session. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by aftercare instructions not being followed.

8. Results

Laser tattoo removal outcomes vary with ink type, density, depth, colour, age, body location, skin type and individual immune response. We give honest estimates but cannot guarantee a specific number of sessions or a specific final result. Session counts quoted are estimates, not commitments, and on fixed-price packages they affect your timeline rather than your cost.

9. Limitation of liability

Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal and is protected by copyright.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published here. The terms that apply to your package are those in force when you booked it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
